NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Pacific County Board of Adjustment to hold a public hearing in the in the Pacific County Transit Building, Seaview, Washington, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible on Wednesday, December 5, 2007.

The public hearing will be held to consider Variance Application No. 07-0477lb submitted by Lyle and Linda Coughlin, property owners. The property owners are requesting a variance to Section 12.G.7.a of Pacific County Land Use Ordinance #153. Section 12.G.7.a governs setback requirements for residential development within the Restricted Residential (R-1) Zoning District. Specifically, the property owners are requesting an after-the-fact variance in order to allow the installation of a 27' x 60' manufactured home within approximately 14' of the front (North) property line. Section 12.G.7.a requires that all residential structures in the Restricted Residential (R-1) Zoning District be located at least 20' from the front property line.

Subject property is located at 1604 198th Place, south of Ocean Park, Washington. The legal description of the site is Lot 2, Block 2, Lake of the Pines, located within Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 11 West, W.M. in Pacific County, Washington.

Anyone interested is invited to attend said hearing and be heard either for or against the granting of this variance. In order to include any presented information for the record, it will be necessary to furnish a copy of this information to the Board of Adjustment.
