NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Pacific County Board of Adjustment to hold a public hearing in the Seaview Transit Building in Seaview, Washington at the hour of 3:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible on Wednesday, February 27, 2008.
The public hearing will be held for consideration of Conditional Use Permit Application No. 08-0045lb submitted by James and Karen Mott, property owners. The applicants are proposing to construct a 1,156 square foot single-family residence upon property that is zoned Community Commercial (C-C). Section 16.E.3 of Pacific County Ordinance No. 153, Land Use, requires conditional use permits for new residential construction within the Community Commercial (C-C) Zoning District.
Anyone interested is invited to attend said hearing and be heard either for or against the granting of these Conditional Use Permit Applications. In order to include any presented information in the record, it will be necessary to furnish a written version of the testimony to the Board of Adjustment.
