RAYMOND - Raymond Federal Savings Bank held its 76th Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 15. The meeting was chaired by the bank's Chairman Adrian A. Otten.

There were two three year terms for directors seats. Elected to the board were Adrian A. Otten and Mary Wildhaber.

The president's report was presented by Mr. Marvin. Fiscal 2002 was a very successful year. Highlights included loan growth of 15 percent and deposit growth of 11 percent. The bank continues to operate from a strong financial position.

The formal bank name was changed to Raymond Federal Bank by a vote of the membership.

The members of the board of directors are E.F. Dracobly, Guy Glenn, John P. Marvin, Adrian A. Otten, and Mary Wildhaber.

Officers elected were: Adrian A. Otten, Chairman: John P. Marvin, president & CEO; E.F. Dracobly, vice chairman; Mary Bogar, vice president & senior loan officer; Karen Clements, vice president & secretary-treasurer; Jena K. Ross, Long Beach branch manager; and Sonja Gibbs, South Bend branch manager.
