NASELLE - Fans of the Naselle Comets football team will not only get a chance to see the Comets season-opening game on Friday, Aug. 31, when the Comets take on Vancouver Christian. They also will be able to get their fill of a salmon dinner before the game. The Comets Booster Club is hosting a salmon dinner beginning at 5 p.m. in the NHS Commons. The dinner menu will consist of salmon, potato salad, green salad, bread, dessert and a beverage. The cost for the dinner will be by donation, which will go to support the many activities sponsored by the Comets Booster Club.

Wild Alaskan salmon has been donated by Rob and Randi Day, owners of the Great White Bait Company of Naselle.
