OCEAN PARK - Dennis Loudon, president of Sandcastle Professional Cleaning Systems LLC, announced his company now offers certified water-damage restoration services. Having recently attended certification classes in Seattle, he and Marc LaScala are now both industry certified as water-damage restoration technicians. Loudon also added that Sandcastle Professional Cleaning stocks an assortment of the latest high-performance drying equipment designed to measure, monitor and quickly dry out environments that have become wet because of water or flood.
"By combining additional drying equipment with our existing high-performance water-extraction equipment we can remove water from and dry out large or small areas incredibly quickly," he said.
He also noted that Sandcastle Professional Cleaning is the only firm in the area certified to perform these services.
"We are very excited to be the only firm on the Peninsula to be IICRC certified not only in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and odor control but now in water damage restoration," said Loudon. "As an IICRC-certified firm, we are committed to providing the best possible services to our business and residential customers," he added.
IICRC certified firms must meet and agree to follow strict guidelines regarding business operation, customer satisfaction and employee training and certification.
In addition to the new water-damage restoration service, Loudon also announced that Sandcastle Cleaning Systems will be adding a new branch in Ocean Shores. In conjunction with the opening of the new branch office, LaScala has been promoted to manager of the Ocean Park branch.
"Marc has shown the interest, dedication, drive and expertise necessary to continue to provide the same level of professional service our customers have come to expect and appreciate," said Loudon. "Although I will remain active in our home area of Ocean Park, I will be opening the Ocean Shores office and offering the same quality services to businesses and residents there as we do here,
"We will be adding employees to our staff to accommodate the expansion," he added. "All potential employees must meet our strict guidelines for professionalism, work ethics and references."
"As Sandcastle Professional Cleaning Systems is a drug-free company, all potential employees will be screened for drug use and must agree to random testing during their employment," he stated. "This is an exciting time for our company and we will take all the steps necessary to assure continued smooth operation and growth on the Long Beach Peninsula while building our business in the Ocean Shores area."
Sandcastle Professional Cleaning Systems offers cleaning services for carpet, upholstery, hard floors, leather, windows, as well as whole house and building and now water damage restoration.
