ILWACO - "Lengthy legal-eez" is how Ocean Beach School District Board of Directors Chairman Ed Guelfi described the 12-page resolution outlining the official wording to be used for the $23 million bond measure, at Monday night's monthly school board meeting.

The document expands on the resolution that reads: "A resolution of the Board of Directors of the Ocean Beach School District No. 101, Pacific County, Washington, providing for the forming of the ballot proposition and specifying certain details concerning submission to the qualified electors of the district at a special election to be held therein on May 20, 2003.
