Pancake Breakfast

Enjoy breakfast at the Peninsula Senior Activity Center on Pacific Highway at Klipsan, on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Enjoy pancakes with scrambled eggs and ham or biscuits and sausage gravy with scrambled eggs, plus a beverage. The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children. Come on down!

Ice Cream Social

The Peninsula Senior Activity Center will celebrate those with birthdays in December on Monday, Dec. 15, beginning at 2 p.m. You do not have to be a member of the Senior Center to come to the socials. Children are welcome. If it is your birthday month, there is no charge for your cake and ice cream; otherwise it is just $1. Plus there is sugar-free ice cream and angel food cake available.

Fundraising Dinner

The senior center is holding a fundraising dinner open to the community on Dec. 18 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The main entrée for this meal is pork loin, cooked to perfection! The cost is just $7 for adults and $5 for children. Everyone is encouraged to come to the center for a great deal on a great meal!

Tai Chi is offered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Mondays.


Join the cribbage bunch that plays each Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Fundraisers Group

Bring fundraising ideas 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., come enjoy a game of pinochle.

FridaysSenior Crafters

From 9:30 a.m. to noon senior crafters meet at the activity center.

Blood pressure checks

Get your blood pressure checked on Fridays for free from 9:30 a.m. to noon.



Each Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to noon enjoy sewing, quilting, rug weaving, fellowship and fun at the Naselle Congregational Church.

Each Friday a senior lunch and social is held at the church at 14 Parpala Road in Naselle from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch is at noon, with Scrabble, dominos, puzzles and more available. Call 484-3275 for more information.
