TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF RICHARD PETRINO; DIANE CHARLEBOIS; LINDA MCQUAY; OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES; AND ANY PERSONS OR PARTIES CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT, Judgment Debtors.

A Writ of for Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Pacific County, commanding the Sheriff as follows:

“On November 15, 2012, a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure (“Judgment”) was entered in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Plaintiff”) against the Defendants Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Richard Petrino; Diane Charlebois; Linda McQuay; Cindy Storm; Washington State Department of Social and Health Services; Occupants of the Premises; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint (“Defendants”). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property (“Property”) commonly known as 1149 Hemlock Street NE, Ilwaco, WA 98624 for the total sum of $141,563.62 with interest thereon at the rate of 5.150% per annum from November 15, 2012. The Property situated in Pacific County, State of Washington, is legally described as: THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF BLOCK 24 OF THE ESTATE OF ISAAC WHEALDON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE, IN VOLUME C AT PAGE 46 OF PLATS IN THE OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR OF PACIFIC COUNTY, WASHINGTON. THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs. MAKE RETURN HEREOF within sixty days of the date indicated below, showing you have executed the same. WITNESS, the Honorable Michael Sullivan, Judge of the Superior Court and the seal of said Court, affixed this 14th day of February, 2013, at South Bend, Washington. THIS WRIT SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR 30 DAY FOR THE PURPOSES OF SALE.”

The sale date has been set for Friday, May 10, 2013, at 10 a.m. at the Main Entrance of the Pacific County Courthouse in South Bend, Washington. YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
