Hey, Joey Love! Joey is an adorable one-year-old neutered chocolate Lab. He is so incredibly sweet. He is friendly, affectionate and a good all-around dog. He came to us with an untreated skin condition, but it is getting better everyday and he is looking wonderful. I find it amazing that this young pup has such a good attitude even though he must have been in terrible pain. Joey is well on his way to recovery and is looking for a special person or family to love him. He has plenty of love to give you. Is there room in your house and heart for Joey? Please come see him today!

Gordie Kitty! Meow! Gordie is quite the kitty. I recently took a troop of Girl Scouts on a tour of the animal shelter and Gordie was there to greet them in the cat room - he enjoyed every minute! He truly loves attention and just can't wait to be adopted. Our photographer caught him fast asleep dreaming of a new loving home. Can you make Gordie's dreams come true? He is waiting just for you at the shelter!

Goats! It is no joke. There are two wonderful goats looking for a new home! Call 642-2094 for more information. They are free to a good home!

Desperately seeking experienced volunteer grant writers to help the Humane Society acquire grants. Can you help us, help the homeless animals? Call 642-1180 or Linda@beachpets.com

Now accepting donations for the shelter's annual Memorial Day sale! You can make a difference in the life of a dog or cat with your donation of goods that you no longer need. Please gather those "still-good" items and bring them to the shelter or leave a message for Linda at 665-2476 to make drop-off arrangements. We take all clean and "gently used" items. We even take furniture and clean working appliances. We regret that we cannot accept clothing, shoes or suitcases. Did you know that your donations make this one of the biggest fundraising events of the year for the shelter? One person, one donation, truly makes a difference! Thank you so much!
