STELLA - One lane of State Route 4 has reopened to all traffic, but with limited operating hours and significant delays, announced the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). The single operating lane of the highway will reopen, with flaggers on-site, during the following hours: • 10 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Open • 12 noon - 12:15 p.m. - Open • 2 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. - Open • 4 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. - Open • 5:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. - Open Traffic will be halted at 8 a.m. and will reopen every two hours, on the hour, thereafter for 15 minutes to let vehicles pass. At 5:30 p.m. traffic will resume until 8 a.m. the next morning. The westbound lane of the highway will be partitioned off by a rock fall fence, while crews keep working on repairing the damaged slope.
