Surf rescue practice

What do you do on a wet, windy, nasty day? If you belong to the South Pacific County Technical Rescue Team, you go out on Baker Bay and train. Surf rescuers returned to the Ilwaco mooring basin earlier this month after practicing skills that are often put to use helping people out of dangerous local waters.
