PACIFIC COUNTY — The wind speed topped 114 mph Monday at 10:15 a.m. at Radar Ridge above Naselle, where the Bonneville Power Administration maintains a wind monitor.

Wind speeds ranged from the high 80s to low 100s for about four hours Monday, before dropping into the 50s and 60s after 1 p.m.
