Brad Bauman

LONGVIEW — Bradley Hume Bauman, 72, of Ocean Park, peacefully passed away on July 31, 2020, in Longview, Washington. He was born on Feb. 3, 1948, in Coos Bay, Oregon, then moved to Vancouver, Washington, where he graduated from Fort Vancouver High School.

Brad joined the Navy Reserves, which he served for 29 years. His active duty, he served on a submarine.

From Vancouver, he moved to Ocean Park, where he was a life member of the Lions Club for 32 years. He spent many decades helping with the cranberry harvest at the Ocean Spray plant; he salvaged metal on the Peninsula for many decades; many decades he served proudly as a Commander of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 44; he was a life member of the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum. Brad loved trains.

He lived a full and rich life, was a good Christian, and he will be missed.
