Regarding the North Jetty repair work that the Army Corps of Engineers plans to do, there is a public notice on the corps' Web site about quarrying jetty rock from a site near the mouth of the Naselle River for the next 20 years. The Web page is at (https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil /issues/jetty/cms/documents.asp).

I just want to be sure people in Pacific County are made aware that they can comment on this for the next few weeks. I'm assuming they will truck the rock to the North and South Jetties, but the public notice doesn't address this.
