This letter is to the person who dumped numerous paint cans, ranging from quarts to five gallons, on Chinook Valley Road.

I know you thought "out of sight out of mind," but I want you to know that the five-gallon buckets have since been tipped over, spilling paint all over the ground, which has drained into a ditch that drains into Chinook River which in turns goes into the Columbia River. Good job dummy! People like you don't deserve to live on this planet!

I always wonder why people can take the time to drive out on a beautiful road and carelessly dump instead of taking that time to get rid of it responsibly. If you can afford to buy it you should be able to afford to get rid of it properly! So come on and get your act together!
