Last Friday evening, Jan. 8, the screening of "The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry" was scheduled for 7 p.m. Due to my personal schedule, that I did not return to the Peninsula in time and due to the fact that I failed to arrange a technician in such an event, the screening did not occur. It was an unfortunate set of circumstances that caused a number of people to be inconvenienced.

It was wrong of me, on behalf of OPC, to not have better control on the film presentation, and to all who made the effort to be in attendance, I offer my profound apology. I am sorry for arranging, then falling down on the job, and having you go out of your way, to view this wonderful movie. Would you please forgive me?

And I would like to make it up to you, by offering a premiere re-screening of "The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry" this coming Friday and Saturday evenings, Jan. 15 and 16, at Ocean Park Community Church, 268th and Vernon Avenue at 665-4548. Would you please come back this Friday at 7 p.m. or/and Saturday at 7 p.m. for this delightful film?

Thank you for your forbearance.
