We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the folks on the Peninsula who came to the aid of our crew after our fishing vessel sank on Sept. 2.

In the midst of this tragedy, we all received amazing care from many first responders as well as the behind the scenes helpers who fed, clothed and housed our crew and us. Within the fog of grief, you wonderful people cared for us with compassion and gave of yourselves unflinchingly. We are eternally grateful.
