The Village Club wishes to thank all of the people who have donated funds to our Neighbor to Neighbor Covid-19 program. With over $11,000 in donated funds received, we have a small surplus remaining. We have suspended the program as of March 1.

The Village Club has helped members of our community through a tough time by giving out cards for gas and groceries that were good for redemption at our two local stores, Jack’s Country Store and Okie's Thriftway. This program, sponsored by the Village Club members, paid for food and gas to people and families in our community laid off from work due to the covid-19 pandemic and those that had not yet received stimulus checks or other funds.

This has been part of the continuing effort of the Village Club to help improve life in the five villages of the north end of the Peninsula; Ocean Park, Nahcotta, Surfside, Oysterville and Klipsan. The remainder of the donated funds will go to local non-profits and will be voted on by the membership for dispersal.

Thanks again to all of those that helped!
