ELMA — Cole Dorman, Josh Townsend and Ethan Lindstrom threw a combined no-hitter in a 20-0, five-inning win at Mary M Knight on Apr. 28. Dorman started and struck out all six batters he faced.

The Comets scored six runs in the first and eight in the third. Corey Gregory, playing center field and leading off, went 3 for 4. Carson Bergeson was 2 for 2. Lindstrom was 2 for 3 with 4 RBI. Warren Wirkkala went 2 for 3 off the bench.

Naselle improved to 3-0 in league play, with three league games scheduled in the season’s final week, including a home game against Wishkah Thursday at 4 p.m. The top two teams in District 4 advance to the playoffs.
