NASELLE — The Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association selected Naselle’s Tayler Ford and Ellie Chapman to play at an all-star game at Auburn-Riverside High School on Saturday, March 11, naming them Senior All State players. Ford and Chapman, both outside hitters, will participate in the 1B/2B match and were among seven players selected at the 1B level. Sunnyside Christian was the only other 1B school with two All State seniors. Naselle’s Rebekah Wirkkala was named one of nine All State coaches.

Chapman was the Coastal League MVP after finishing in the top 100 statewide in digs and kills and smashing 95 aces, fourth best in the state. Ford had 167 kills in 433 attempts in an All-League First Team season. The duo led Naselle to league and district titles and a seventh place finish at State.
