Six different players scored in the telling first period for Ilwaco. Alexa Wirkkala contributed 19 points, her season average, to the cause. Kady Kirby added eight points, Kenzi Wirkkala seven, Sydney Ward and Logan Manecke four each, and Grace McPhail scored two points in the win.
Kenzi Wirkkala pulled down eight rebounds and dished out five assists for Ilwaco. Both teams were 11-21 from the free throw line for 52 percent.
