RAYMOND - Kylie Lewis scored 19 Stableford points and freshman Hailee Henington continues to improve as she added 11 to pace Ilwaco to a non-league three-way golf victory at Raymond Thursday. Ilwaco amassed 44 points, while the Lady Gulls and McKenzie Miller scored 12 points and North Beach's team totaled nine points to round out scoring.

Coach Jeff Lewis said, "We won the match, but the girls didn't have one of their better days overall. The course had five par-five holes, which made it play a little longer than what they are used to. The fact that the greens had been recently sanded made putting somewhat unpredictable."

Coach Lewis had praise for Henington and Kylie Lewis, saying, "Hailee posted her best score of the season. She is hitting the ball well from tee to green. Kylie hit some outstanding shots, but then she put two balls in the water and struggled at time on the greens (with her putting)."

Lewis shot a 53 and Henington came around in 61 strokes. Jessica Ziemer recorded a round of 68 and Jenna Lee finished with a 69, both good for six Stableford points for the Lady Fishermen and Katie McDonnell added two team points.

Miller had a round of 59, good for all 12 of Raymond's team points and Christine Yow of North Beach scored four Stableford points to lead the Lady Hyaks.
