NASELLE — Haley Eastham was 2 for 2 with a double in Naselle’s 16-3 win over Muckleshoot Tribal Tuesday, May 7.

Delaney Kragerud hit a two-run single during Naselle’s six-run first inning, in which the Comets benefited from five walks and a hit batter.

Lily Harman hit a high fly ball for a triple leading off the three-run second.

Taylor Gudmundsen doubled leading off the third. Eastham handled a fastball that was tailing away, ripping the ball down the third base line for a two-run double that capped another three-run inning, giving the Comets a 12-3 lead.

Three more walks and a hit batter produced a four-run Comet fourth.

Courtney Paul allowed one earned run on three hits in four innings. Brynn Tarabochia threw nine of 10 pitches for strikes in a perfect fifth to finish the game.
