NASELLE — Lilli Zimmerman led the way with 19 points as Naselle smashed Three Rivers Christian 73-8 at home on Jan. 31.

Naselle finished the regular season 12-7, including 6-0 in league play and 9-3 against fellow 1B teams. They get byes through District semifinals, which they will play Saturday, Feb. 9 in Ilwaco, likely against Mary M. Knight. The Lady Owls split two December games with Naselle, winning 44-43 in Naselle on a clutch play from Kaylee Sowle and losing in Elma 31-24.

Making District finals would not automatically qualify the Lady Comets for regionals. They would still have to either win the final or win a consolation bracket victory for second-place. Conversely, the losers of semifinals will remain alive in the consolation brackets.
