NASELLE - A bunt, a bleeder, a hit batsman, a walk and a sacrifice fly gave North Beach two runs in the top of the first inning and that is all they would need to down the Comets 5-0 in a Pacific 2B League game at Naselle Wednesday, May 4.

Brenden Greenfield went all the way on the mound for the Comets, striking out three. Chandler Chapman and Chris Walkowiak each had two singles to account for Naselle's four hits. Naselle finishes 5-5 in league play and is 6-10 for the season, while the Hyaks clinch the Pacific crown with an 8-1 league mark.
